2. Our Process

  • Notify the party who posted or is responsible for the material, where applicable.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe material you posted was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to sabpaisakamao@gmail.com including:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

4. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to remove content and, where applicable, restrict access for users or contributors who are found to be repeat infringers.
